How to reactivate your Florida real estate license
When a Florida license isn't renewed by its March 31 or September 30 deadline, it becomes involuntarily inactive. What it takes to bring it back depends on how long it has been inactive.
Missed your first renewal? Different rules apply. If post-licensing education wasn't completed before your first renewal, the license becomes null and void right away, with no inactive window.
