Referrals: 90/10
Refer a buyer or seller, residential or commercial, to any agent anywhere. The receiving broker pays Tidal, and we pay you 90%.
Florida new construction: 80/20
Register your buyer with the builder. The builder pays Tidal, and we pay you 80%.
